VISA TYPE 

• By Purpose

+ Tourist visa: for a limited period of leisure travel, no business activities. Tourist visa is usually valid for 1 month (maximum stay in Vietnam for 30 days after you arrival)

+ Business Visa: for engaging in commerce in the country. These visas generally preclude permanent employment, for which a work visa would be required. Business visa is usually valid for 3 months or six months, allowing single or multiple entry and the right to work in Vietnam. To get a business visa, you often need a letter from a business sponsor in Vietnam. It is generally easier to apply for a business visa once in Vietnam, after having arrived with a tourist visa.

• By method of issuance:

+ Visa getting up on arrival: is legitimated and supported by the Vietnamese Immigration Department. You will pick up visa at the Vietnam International airports (including Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi City, Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang International Airport in Da Nang City).

* Note:
You need to prepare 2 pictures(4 X 6 cm).
Other Fees must be paid directly at the Vietnam Airport.

* Kinds of Visa on arrival:
1.One-month single Visa:
This kind of visa allows travelers to enter or exit Vietnam only once time within one month as registered. It’s unnecessary to enter or exit on the exact date as in their Vietnam Visa therefore they can choose whenever they want to come or leave in the duration of validity (one month).
2.Three-month single Visa:
This kind of visa allows travelers to enter or exit Vietnam only once time within 3 months as registered as. It’s unnecessary to enter or exit on the exact date as in their Vietnam Visa therefore they can choose whenever they want to come or leave in the duration of validity (3 months).
3. One-month multiple Visa:
This kind of visa allows travelers to enter or exit Vietnam several times within one month as registered. It’s unnecessary to enter or exit on the exact date as in their Vietnam Visa therefore they can choose whenever they want to come or leave in the duration of validity (one month).
4. Three-months multiple Visa:
This kind of visa allows travelers enter and exit Vietnam many times within 3 months as registered. It’s unnecessary to enter or exit on the exact date as in their Vietnam Visa therefore they can choose whenever they want to come or leave in the duration of validity (3 months).

* Visa getting at the Embassy: visa that you collect at Vietnam Embassy in the country you are living. You will need to have a Approval letter of visa getting at the Embassy which is issued by Vietnam Immigration Department.
